Stayed at 21 Residence for a weekend getaway. Check-in/out was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The location was great with supermarkets and a mall nearby. Communication with the owner was excellent. Self check-in/out was convenient. Will definitely recommend to friends and return in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay at 21 Residence Studio. The apartment was warm and clean, and the bedroom was comfortable. The location in a new building was also a plus.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for preparing our own meals. The balcony provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the view. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept us entertained during our downtime. The private bathroom with shower and free toiletries was clean and convenient. The seating area was comfortable and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Personally, I found the hot tub to be unnecessary, but I can see how others might enjoy it.

I got great value for my money at 21 Residence Studio. The room was clean, fully equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, in a safe area with shopping centers and public transportation nearby.

The breakfast menu could have been better with more variety.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to public transport, such as a metro station and buses. There are also grocery stores and a park nearby, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are also nicely furnished, providing comfort for the guests. Furthermore, the host is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were some minor issues with the apartment. The bathroom door and living room door had traces of vandalism, which was not ideal for security reasons.

The nearest airport was a breeze to get to, and the hot tub in the accommodation was a nice surprise. The seating area was cozy and comfortable.

Who needs towels anyway? I guess they're just for decoration.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with a few aspects of the hotel. the communication with the staff was excellent, making our stay very easy and straightforward. the location of the hotel was ideal, with two shopping centers and a large supermarket nearby, as well as convenient access to buses, trams, and underground stations. Lastly, we appreciated the amenities provided, especially the inclusion of a washing machine and hair dryer, which saved us from having to pack extra items.

There were a few negatives that we experienced during our stay. we were disappointed to find unclean cutlery and plates upon our arrival.
